Years ago this was around for all the Stattos out there. Is it still going and if so is it on the web?

Irvin Saxton, who ran the RL RKC, published his last newsletter (No. 50) in July 1994.

In it he said that he would be finishing once the 1994-95 Teams & Scorers booklet was published and anyone who wanted to take over had 12 months to make the arrangements.

To the best of my knowledge, no-one did take over and neither has anybody published any of the RKC stuff on the web.
