Other than Leeds trouncing Wakefield and the heartlands Leigh Academy beating a midlands school by 2 points who had never played a game of rugby league before, has there been any other notable scores?

Championship side Bradford Bulls beat Castleford Tigers on boxing day.
Castleford's side similar to the Wakefield squad was fairly youthful and the fixture was used more to have a run out and blow the cobwebs off.
Halifax beat Hull FC 18-10 yesterday. Not sure on Halifax's full line up but Hull fielded a largely reserve and trialist side, though kelly and griffin featured for a while, as did savellio and naulago. Attendance 1700 odd
Nasty looking leg injury to Kavanagh of Halifax, best wishes to him

Really, they only trained this weekend, as my wife's nephew plays for them. (I assume to mean Leigh & Wigan College Academy) which is based at the LSV. Their last game was on 18 December, when they defeated Runshaw College 70-0. You have now resorted to telling lies....how sad.
Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.

To be fair, Wigan Education Academy (ie college lads) beat Runshaw by a similar score, with both coaches and the ref agreeing to call full time 15 minutes early because the game was completely uncompetitive.

Very good, but what was really being pointed out is that Stephanie Curry was telling lies, such is his obsession with Leigh & Wakefield. And before you tell any more lies about Leigh Mrs Vindaloo, the town is not opening up another 'Pound Bakery' one is enough thanks.

Still not downladed grammarly yet Stephanie? Ask your daughters for help in identifying when and where to use the correct punctuation marks if need be.

Fair enough, glad the Midlands are making good progress if they have pushed Leigh academy close. Hard to judge much from a friendly, particularly as Leigh academy presumably haven't played together much, if at all.

They didn't play any team from the midlands last weekend, only in Mrs Currys dreams did that happen.
