I think it's happening this time. They aren't reliant on a property developer not screwing the council this time, the plans have been passed for planning permission and they have cash readies to pay for it.

Hopefully it brings an end to an anxious time for their fans.

selling some misinformation there, it's the same developers that have pulled our pants down time and time again and the funding has to be signed for to make sure the development happens all ties in with another plot at Newmarket
There will still be room for whinging that the away end won't be part of the development

Like I said in the Wakefield forum, I’m not disregarding the efforts of the club but I’ll believe it when I see it, we’ve been down this road before.
