I think we have all had some kind of experiance in the club shop some time or other!!
Some people are cool under preasure and can problem solve no problem, others may get kind of flustered and dont quit know how to deal with a situation!
i always find chris the biggish guy in the shop very helpfull he wont let you walk away untill you are happy kind of thing!
some of the younger girls in the shop tend to stare at you and go red when you ask a certain question!!
But they are quite right a season ticket is required when purchasing anything in the club shop, its just about the way you go about telling people that really matters!.Has for the traffic in and around the town, well its like that every bloody day of the week...

Parry Gordon's passes,Les Boyd's strong runs,Mike Gregory's workrate,Des Drummond's tries,Jonathan Davies' sheer genius...........oh,and Alan Rathbone's punches! All memories of the legendary venue which was Wilderspool stadium. Gone maybe, but never, ever forgotten.

I have never had a problem with any member of staff in the club shop and Julie the "MILF" as she has been called on here in the past much to her annoyance is always more than helpful, and a real looker as well! Remember the rules of purchase in the shop are set by the club not the staff. I have witnessed the staff subjected to terrible treatment from members of the public in the shop. If you treat them with respect and are polite to them then you will find them helpful. If you are going to go into the shop and rant about how long it has taken you to get there(no fault of the shop staff that,is it?)and you don't have the required documentation to make a purchase then who REALLY is at fault here????????

General service in there is always up and down, from my past experiences they have pretty ordinary especially when you compare the quality of customer service you get in other areas of retail or supermarkets these days.

After yestersay's fiasco i had to write something to vent my anger.
I went to exchange my sons voucher for the St Helens game which took me 45 minutes in the mayhem traffic that is Warrington only to be told I needed the season ticket. This has never happened in all the 10 season's he has had a wolf pack ticket. I explained about all the traffic and stated it does not say as much on the ticket only to be told be the women in the shop no vouher no ticket.
So I went home and got wolf pack season ticket and a further 45 minutes later returned with my season ticket to demand a full refund I was that annoyed at the way the people in the club shop spoke to me.
In the 30yrs I have been watching the Wire and 20 yrs as a season ticket holder I have never felt so let down by these shocking people at the club shop. The way they spoke to me I thought I was 5 yrs old again. I will be sending a letter in to vent my anger too and before people start, it is not the first time I have had attitude off this deluded women in the shop. My dad went to get a ticket last week for the St Helens game and she did the same thing to him. A 70yr old man who was life member season ticket holder and watched his team for 52yrs. SHOCKING :SHOOT:

Within the season ticket you returned did it by chance make reference to having to remove the voucher for free away tickets in the presence of the person issuing the voucher? I would guess by chance it did.

Surely you can see the potential for fraudalent mis-use of these free ticket vouchers so the more their issue is policed the better for me.

What other areas do you get decent service in ...? we dont do customer service in this country...?

I shopped in the Co-op on Holes Lane Woolston a couple of Weeks ago and not once throughought the whole transaction did the till operator say one single word or even remotely acknowledge my presence.

it happens all over unfortunately the pleasant shop assistants are few and far between....
