What kind of amateur signs a sportsman on a contract that has a notice period?

The problem with your club statements at the moment is they inevitably take the form of a Derek Beaumont rant with a sprinkling of personal stuff. As a result they loose all credibility.

Also, our Leigh Centurions lottery fella, told me earlier that we have 'got rid' of Rangi Chase ! He doesn't usually offer gossip, but I do believe that Rangi does have the flu, still. :D

It is just one problem after another :(

If he is walking out when he knows we have a huge injury crisis in the halves and all the backs are crocked then he will lose a lot of respect from me.

Pretty standard in the general workplace.

Unheard of in sport.

Unless of course you have an unenforceable, enforceable clause in your contract.
