hasn't the player I think your refering to not been granted a visa because he has been deemed 'not to be up to the sufficient standard'? sure I read that somewhere recently.

Yes, but isn't he a Tongan international? I thought that was acceptable for a visa? (as indeed it has, for several clubs already) Or are we talking about where the 'revolving goalposts' have stopped this week?
