As reliable a source as you're ever likely to get informed me this morning that Seb will be signing for Catalans this week.

A little indisciplined in defence at times (shoots out of the line to make a big hit, though invariably he actually makes it), but a class act otherwise.

If by "watch this space" you mean 'Fax are interested, then you had better go out and buy some bigger begging buckets if you can compete with Catalans' financial package.
