Definition: Captain

In team sports, a captain is a title given to the member of the team. The captain may have significant responsibility for strategy and teamwork while the game is in progress on the field.


I appear to be under the misapprehension that Leigh RL on field captain is Stuart Donlon. After we concede a try I see Donlon do nothing other than linger at the back of the huddle, check his shoelaces and say absolutely nowt !!

Can someone please enlighten me?

Surely common sense would indicate that Watson is the obvious choice, mainly because he does everything else anyroad.
