I just got an email with with alternative kit revealed. Black and gold.
It is in my eyes the best for many, many years.
I will be having one ASAP for sure.
Can someone smarter than me please post a pic.

Thanks Guys.
I’m guessing that this kit is going to cost me a packet.
It’s going to be 3 shirts at least, and likely shorts with each.
I agree. I cannot remember an alt kit I like more. Well done to the sponsors to go with the gold theme. I am sure it will pay dividend for the club and the sponsors, as their names will be out there on more shirts than in previous years.

The players are going to feel nice and comfortable in that under the blazing summer sun, running up the hill at Batley.

Especially if we have repeat of the long hot sticky summer of 2018.

I don’t think of Batley and sunshine in the same sentence but then again I never played or watched summer rugby their, in the time I was in the UK

I think Harold has stumbled across a new income stream for the club. In addition to home and away kits the club could introduce summer and winter variants...for balmy Batley there could be singlets sunhats and cheeky shorts and for blizzards in Barrow the players could utilise balaclavas fleeces and longjohns. Imagine the delight on a young lads face when they get a pair of long woolly stockings in their Christmas stocking!
