Given the cash outlay needed just to host games and make sure all players are safer/tested let alone all the ancillary staff I don't see it as a goer to begin with.
I'll set my stall out and be honest. The chances of a vaccine are minimal, so anyone thinking that is the way out of this nonsense is optimistic at best.
We can all work smart and safer but there is going to have to come a point where we all have to just say "screw it" and start living regularly again.
Much like plans I've seen proposed for pubs, I'm in the camp of returning to normalcy now/asap and just for people to be sensible; returning with a "new normal" is not for me.
I'm as season ticket holder, I don't wish to create and us and them attitude, nor do I think that only having a crowd of ST is financially viable given all the extra staff, training and measures needed to that too (this only my guess, I wouldn't have a clue on real finances).
If its going to be brought back; and I really would like it to be if only because we've got an excellent team that needs to gel further but at this early stage is great to watch, I'd prefer it online.
I think I've come to accept that nothing will really save the season, but hopefully the clubs and lives and can survive this come 2021.
