I am not defending Dorn or Orr or any other half back we or any team has had.

I've seen a fair few in my time.

Just last week I saw a half back destroy any chance of winning in a dominant forward pack (Brett Finch @ Parramatta)

Certainly not. As I wrote, quite a few players slipped so it couldn't have been a true dry track.

Unlike some, I didn't invade at the end of the game though.

Not denying he stood up for Cas on occassion, just not seeing him slot in to the quins make up so far!

You're wasting your time on here Beppe, Luke Dorn is our saviour and his ability must NOT be questioned. He is 100 times the player that Scott Hill was and he was exactly what we need.

I thought about starting a thread on his exact topic but knew there would be no point as the same old faces would come out desperately trying to defend his below par performances.

as one of the Dorn apologists i thought i would speak up. Mr Lister connstantly accuses people of saying things they never did. I and i diont believe anyone has ever said Dorn was 100 times the player Hill was - i have said before and will now Hill was a great player........

As for the Castleford game, i was also there, and unless my memory fails Dorn scored two tries in a match we won - no-one else did and Hill would have scored neither (though i accept he might have scored 10 others)

As for saturday - does anyone honestly lay the defeat by Huddersfield solely at dorn's feet. That is ridiculous.

Point 1 - Huddersfield were excellent and we (the team) were totally outplayed. Huddersfield have had a very good season and we are in danger of falling into the trap of many sport fans - if we win we are brilliant (or the other team was c***, if we lose we were terrible (never the other team were good)

Point 2 - our forwards gotr played off the park - what hope did any of the backs really have?

Point 3 - Dorn did not miss every single tackle, just about everyone missed every single tackle.

Lets get behind the team and i hope Dorn and every player has a great game on Thursday....................................
