I think I recall some discussion around playing games away from The Stoop due to drainage/water logging issues. I was present at the game played under a few inches of water, too. By chance I was near The Stoop yesterday afternoon and went to have a look at the pitch. The drainage problem can't be that bad because the pitch was being watered, quite heavily.

Pitch looks dry now flicking through to Sky Sports 2 where QuinsRU are playing Munster as I type - Quins losing by 3 penalty kicks to 5 at the mo

But there is more to it than just a waterlogged pitch and we're away at the end of this season so I've given up worrying about it.

I know it's not right to gloat but was so pleased to see the landlords lose by 4 kicks to 6!! Congratulations to the boys from God's own country!

London Blitz American Football team have had to move their European Cup match against Copenhagen to Finsbury Park, because apparently Skolars "damaged the pitch during the wet weather" at White Hart Lane CSC.
