Would be very sorry to see Bailey go, I think he's been one of our best players for the past couple of seasons, Tony Clubb's been good over the years but he's missed a lot of games through injury recently so he may not be as big a loss. Wigan in for Sarginson? Are they lining him up to replace Tomkins? I'd be worried they'll come back for Dixon next year.

I thought Clubb signed a 4 year contract surely the 4 years are not finished

I appreciate it is all part of the negotiation process, but shouldn't the club be making positive noses to keep the best players? And be offering deals to other teams players? As ever, deafening silence. I would have thought keeping Bailey is a no brainer.

Why oh why would you do your business in the public domain. What the hell are you thinking about. Should we publish salaries offered plus bonuses?

Can you really blame young players, where are we going? in fact on the pitch and off we are going Backwards! I'm sure like us they are wondering or may know that next season could be our last! at the very least in Super League!

But I hope young players do not get the idea the Northern streets are paved with gold, they are not in St Helens! currently, I doubt how much their owner really has and he is reported as turning someone down to invest? though I heard someone else did that! Saints fans are turning on Louis, but what do they expect when their pack is so weak!

So, Bailey, and potentially Sarge and Clubb are off at the end of the year. Anyone else think that the players desire to play at a club that's run properly might be part of their decisions to move on?

The NZ Warriors stated that the crowd of 30,000 here in Wellington at the weekend gave them a massive lift in the first half....it must be soul destroying for players in one of only 30 full time pro teams in the world running out to 1,136 fans
