The current extra SC allowance has been stated as 10%. That is nowhere near enough to attract the quality players we need to come to London. If I were a potential investor and knew that we could get a competitive team on the park by spending the extra money then it could be seen as a worthwile investment as we will never get decent crowds fielding a team getting flogged each week.
