As I've said many times before. The senior players in the side should bear some of the responsibility for the results in the past few seasons (Howell, Randall, Dorn, Kaufusi, Rodney the immediate candidates) but it is just as much down to Powell and Rea, who have proven that overall they have simply not been good enough as coaches to get the best out of these players.
FWIW I've never doubted the commitment of the vast majority of our overseas players, particularly those who have coached the younger sides to obviously positive effect like Dorn and Randall. The exception is Kaufusi, of whom I could not be more disappointed, a transcendentally disappointing dud who has spent two years lumbering around the pitch with the disinterested air of Dimitar Berbatov.
