I can't see how this is positive.
I presume that this is ten working days rather than ten days so another ten working days onto tomorrow's date leaves you on the 18th December if my Maths is correct and I believe the Super League is scheduled to start on the 15th February 2014 and that is a period of just shy of two months.
So in two months the club is expecting to find a playing squad, find a backroom team, appoint members of staff to the business side of the club, find sponsors, find a kit and training kit manufacturer and will have to complete deals for the insurance side of the game that many of us are aware of.
I just fail to see how the club could get all of that done in such a short space of time. I also fail to see how the club could find a squad capable of fighting off relegation because that would be a massive target for the club next year.
Even if Marwan Koukash has a twin brother who's keen to become the biggest side on the planet, there wasn't overnight success at Koukash's Salford and there wouldn't be at a London side, whoever the owner. With relegation likely to be a part of Super League, I personally think it would be disastrous if there was a London side in Super League that had thrown a team together in less than two months. It would be almost storybook like if a London side managed to get together in two months and stave off relegation but the chances of that happening are slim.
