What's this negatively thrown at widnes for? Don't get too far ahead of yourself. We have a good squad and with a season riddled with countless injuries you finishes two points above us?

Would absolutely not be surprised one bit if we beat London. I think you are the favourites, good pre season etc but I think it's going to be closer than anticipated

There are some on here with delusions of grandeur. Their logic is that London has a catchment area of 15 million and should be able to beat teams with a catchment of a 50th of that. Completely bonkers. Widnes did brilliantly last year and played some good footy and were very unlucky at the Stoop.

Agreed. However without Brown & Hock we really should be winning well. If they were fit it'd be different.

2,117 is the worst ever attendance for a visit of the "tin pot" vikings to the capital....I suspect that we will get nearer the highest ever, 3855 (their last day in the SL of 2005 IIRC) due to the splendid offering of a comfy seat and nosebag for a double score as well as the slightly less than quarterpage adverts in the local rags.
