Tickets for the Manly game : Fri Feb 13, 2009 9:25 am
I am planning to pay at the gate when I go to the Many fixture. Is this wise?

Would anyone who is 'in the know' got any idea how ticket sales are going?

Ordinarily I'd say you'd be fine, but with the new arrangements this season I'm not sure.

Off the top of my head I can't remember if they're opening more than just the east stand for this fixture. They probably are and you should be ok, but ring the club to check.

I asked the club this question yesterday as I am hoping to bring a group of newcomers, numbers yet unknown. The reply suggested that £15 tickets would be available on the gate, all others can be bought from the ticket office on the day. BUT this might change depending on what bulk of tickets are still remaining.

You should be fine on the day.
I don't know if the Lexux will be open, but if the East is Fullish on pre-paid tickets, then I EXPECT the lexus to be opened, as any casual/first-timer who comes for this game will not appreciate the "behind the sticks" view that some more weathered RL enjoy.

Welcome Quins Kitties born 02.04.09 -
Purdo - Determined, loveable with a "can-do" attitude. A born leader.
Louie - Big, white and fluffy. A very noisy prop forward.
Harley- Cute and gorgeous (just like our no.9) Well, I couldn't call her Chad, could I?
Update on Quins Mogs :-
Purdo - deffo leader amongst Mogs. The Capo.
Louie - turned out to be more like Louie Spence than LMS. Re-named Judas.
Harley - Cute but not as gorgeous as our no.9.
Oh well, at least I haven't got a Willy.

We've already got our tickets in the Lexus stand (putting off slumming it with the dregs in the East stand for as long as possible!).

Anyone else sitting in the Lexus (or the LV= or whatever it's called now)?

Met an Ozzie girl in the office for an interview today. For once she turned out to be an NRL fan! So I gave her a plug for the Manly game so hopefully her and fiancee will be there now!
