The RFL are going to give elite players (the england squad) specialist advanced sports medicine treatment four times a year to help them recover more quickly.
With most of the squad coming from the big four is this not a massive advantange to the already richer clubs?

Remember the RFL are sorting this, so the "advanced treatment" is likely to be some Sanatogen and a bottle of Lucozade!

Oh and it may have escaped the OP's attention but we have a number of players in and around the England squad.
