Fixture clashes? : Mon Jul 27, 2009 10:18 am  

On August 15th,the day were playing Salford,the Middlesex charity 7s, with all 12 Premiership teams taking part, is taking place at twickenham stadium.
Then on the 6th September,the day we play Castleford, the R.U. double header is being played(Quins R.U. v Wasps,& London Irish v. Sarries) also at Twickers.
Has anyone heard if our two games are being moved?

Nope.....but then again, we are hardly going to see full houses for those games. Salford have an average of 2,670 when in town and Castleford have 3,567.......the only problems will be for those that drive, as parking will be a bugger.

Our Cas game has already been moved (to the Sunday) with the RU doubleheader taking place over the road on the Saturday.

The Middlesex 7s clashed with one of our home games a couple of years ago and I recall having to queue to get into the station afterwards, but it wasn't too horrendous.

Quick call to the club mate -

Cas game moved as above and we have never moved games that clash with the 7's so that goes ahead as scheduled, parking will be at a premium.
