His behavioural relapses have all occurred in the company of Josh Dugan, who will not be in London for the forseeable future. Let us assume that Ferguson's trial is postponed until at least October. Does London have a spot in its import and Federation trained quotas? If not could David Howell be released to another club to make way for Ferguson? The fact is that Ferguson playing as a centre for London could, in conjunction with Jamie Soward, drastically lift London's on field performances in attack, and in his case in defence as well. He would be invaluable for any CC semi-final appearance by London. He has to appear in Waverley court on July 16th, so he would miss the CC QF against the Sheffield side. But if his trial does not occur before October, he could be available for the CC semi-final and a last minute run for the SL playoffs.
