If we volunteer down the leagues than it would be a complete waste of time unless this issue was addressed. Ratify the cost of living and adjust the salary cap accordingly, even then we won't be able to attract players to play semi-pro.
We need a new IL to come in and pay the other half of the bills; media, promotion of the club, infrastructure, etc or we should go down on our terms, on a Salary cap that is fair to us, not fair for all.
