Very highly rated Academy player Richard Harris is now playing for Warrington. I'd been wondering why he hadn't been amongst the signings for next season, or even been included in the 1sts this year. Big shame.

The last i heard he was playing for Medway Dragons, he is still young enough for the Academy next season so i thought it was strange that he was not retained.

Getting back to the subject matter at hand what other Richard Harris films are of note?

There's "Gladiator" of course (with future Rabbitohs owner Russell Crowe) but I always liked "Juggernaut" where he played a bomb disposal expert aboard a cruise ship.

This Sporting Life was a classic. Sixties social statement.
Has stood the test of time, still watchable today.
