Hate to tell you this Honkeytonk but I got 2 emails from the club. Sadly they both said pretty much the same thing.

Not taking them up on their kind offer of hospitality discount as it's Ealing so non starter for me.

Had to take my blood pressure after seeing who they were from & nearly called 111.
I've recovered a little now though.

I have six, looks like there are two mailing lists and we're on both. We'll done to the club for at least trying something. Hopefully a start and not a one off.

Given they have told you that you were not welcome it's got be questionable whether the club should still be holding your personal data on mailing lists. It's difficult to see how they could persuade the ICO they have a legitimate reason to e-mail someone trying to flog hospitality when they have been asked to stay away.

If club are reading this, you may want to check what the GDPR regulations state to avoid a potentially self inflicted wound.

Memories of the club leaving all the season ticket holders private data online a few years back...
