Our medical team seem to be excellent but I'm not sure even they could keep Wheeler fit.

Very talented player though.

I hope not, along with Paul McShane he is IMO one of the most over hyped, over rated players I have seen.

However, somebody at Wigan must see something in him that I haven't. Wigan definitely tried to sign him at the end of the 2009 season, but I'm struggling to see where he would play in todays Wigan team.

If we were looking at any player from Saints I would hope it would be Percival.

Very rarely are the best mentors those who have not been in strife at some point.

Newcastle is pretty much the first team (in both codes I might add) where Mason has shown a more 'grown up' attitude, that's one club in about 5. With this new 'grown up attitude' Mason has recently had a DUI and now in trouble for not paying his mortgage needing the club to bail him out, not exactly role model material.

Over here in SL his time at KR was nothing short of a joke. I think Wigan would have to be crazy to invest time and money in Mason, he's a risk, a 33/34 year old risk at that.
