Taulima Tautia will do a great job for you guys. He is a great forward who can play Prop and Backrow. Sometimes he has the odd brain fart but he is very physical, fast and strong. He also has incredible feet which enable him to give good offloads I'd be gutted if he left but at least he will be doing something at Wigan and I'll wish him the best there. He is also injury prone.

anybody know how big the bloke is? I thought we was aiming for 6ft plus athletic players after the WCC?

6ft 3 and 110kg according to wiki.

Correct, to give you guys some positional history he used to play wing and centre before converting the pack.

just watch a highlight video, he seems more like a grafter than an explosive player? Can't question the signing if waney wants him but I'm not to excited by the signing.

Well if that is the situation, and from what we have seen this season it seems very plausible, then the lad is wasting a very good opportunity. Wane won't play players who don't buy in to our culture, and lads like Connor Farrell and rob lever will more than likely take their chances when they get them. Hopefully a season at Leigh gives him the kick up the backside it sounds like he needs.

Tautai has the ability to be unplayable on his day and as a Wakey fan I dont want to see him go. He has size pace, a good step and the ability to offload in any situation.

He is prone to knock ons and he has picked up a few injuries since he has been here but if he does sign for you guys I think he will go very well for you.

If this is true I cant see him having much of a future at Wigan, especially under Wane. At the moment he is a no name player who has done nothing in the game and should be working his you know whats off to make a go of it at Wigan, doing all the extras and going all out to impress the coaches. If he has this attitude now it doesnt bode well.
