Yes, he was always the target. They just used Williams as a smokescreen to stop a top NRL club from snaffling Kev.

Not sure on the situation with them to be fair. Here is hoping the new owners have the funds to get everyone back involved from the academy and hopefully the majority of they players. Im sure if they do keep the academy and cant convince John Bastian and LeighBeattie to carry on a lot of the lads will buy into it

I've seen on various Twitter posts that we've signed Joe Brown (fullback/winger) from Bradford Bulls - nothing been officially announced. It would be good if we also brought the other two lads mentioned in.

Sorry state of affairs for Bradford but unfortunately for them other clubs will strike while the irons hot.

I just hope our long-term friendship with their new owner doesn't hinder us in any way.

Getting a little concerned about the sports science and medical departments.

After all of the problems last year, Im now hearing that Ben Flower and Taulima Tautai are both out for the first few games of Super League due to training injuries. Also aware of concern amongst some players over in house methods.

That would be a real blow and a sickened ahead of a WCC, which to have any chance of winning we really need to be as near to full strength as possible.

Is there any reason why players seem to have to wait weeks/months for ops also? Micky Mac says he doesn't know when his op will be to take his pins out. Wouldn't that be pretty straightforward and something a pro sports team could organise within days? I recall Farrell and Clubb waiting weeks for ops last year as well.
