Absent from the squad last week .If thats Covid related then he wouldn't be available this week but lammy said he would be available but Hastings may still play 9.

Do yo uthink Powell will play and if so was the Hastings comment mind games.

According to our website Powell was missing due to family issues.

In the post game interview Lam said Powell should be playing didn't he?

Not the end of the world if he's out but I'd feel a lot more confident with him that without.

Looking at the dream team conversation he seems to have earned the respect of opposition fans this season with a few saying him or Roby have been the best hooker this year.

The "issue" was the Week before, approx Tuesday 10th Nov that the 2 weeks would start

It may not be as simple as that, please guys we need to be careful around this.

I hope he is available but I'm more than confident with Hastings at 9. He was sensational last week. His efforts on kick pressure were incredible and we will miss that with him out wide.

Smith though I thought struggled in the halves and would need to play much better.

IMO I thought Harry Smith had a shaky start but grew with confidence as the game went on. It can’t be easy to remain match sharp when not playing first team and no reserves or dual reg.

For the record I have no idea of the reason for Sam’s absence.

What I will say is I hope he and his family are ok. If he plays, great, if not we’ll cope. Some things are more important than Rugby.
