Recent results suggest that would be the case. Can't see Inter winning at Old Trafford even though we only need a 1-1 draw, or Roma turning over Arsenal.

Recent years more like. Liverpool have appeared in 2 finals (winning 1), Chelsea and Arsenal have made it to the final and Manchester United have also won 1. Premier league teams have dominated the semi-final line up for 2-3 years now.
