Fact is they should be streaking away with the Bundesliga. The reality is they aren't, Klinsmann clearly isn't up to the job and isn't getting the best out of his team which has by far and away the best squad in the league.

Not good enough to beat any of the English teams, or Barcelona, and possibly not Villarreal.

As long as we don't, in true City fashion, muck it up next week, I'm going to try to get to the home leg of the quarters. There are, unfortunately, limits, on how many midweek trips I can do, since it means at least a day off work each time. I very much enjoyed the Copenhagen match a fortnight ago.

Good on you for getting up there in midweek. I must admit that the Uefa Cup doesn't particularly excite me. I would love to watch us against a quality team. Midweek games against the likes of Midjylland just doesn't float my boat. However, I'll have to write that off this year as we are we are waiting for the baby to arrive.

Italian is a very interesting language, I'm sure somthing has been lost in translation. However, if he did salute Fergie, then it would only be right and proper.

And practically everyone knows that he'll have felt similar feelings, albeit smaller, towards Manchester United when he was growing up. The fact that he's now a Manchester United player shows what those feelings are worth.
