Squad Launch : Mon Dec 05, 2011 11:23 am  

On Saturday the 17th of December we will be hosting our official squad launch down at Cougar Park starting at 4pm. It will be an event for the whole family. The launch will be the first chance for supporters to get down to Cougar Park and interact with the 2012 squad. It will be a xmas party atmosphere with treats, hotdogs, drinks and a visit from Santa that will make it an enjoyable afternoon for the family. There will also be a fans forum for the Cougar faithful to get to know, how our new recruits are finding life down at Cougar park. On the forum panel will be,

Also on the day, we will be launching our new playing kit for 2012, so supporters who attend the event will get a chance to purchase/order thier 2012 replica shirt. The launch will go into the evening and supporters are encourage to stick around and share a xmas drink with the players. It is a chance for Cougars fans to get down to Cougar Park in numbers and create a feel good factor that kick starts our first season back in the championship and gives our 2012 squad an idea of the level support and atmosphere that is created at Cougar Park.

I've saw designs of them both at the Grand Final screening.

I won't spoil it for everyone by going in to details but the away kit is one of the best kits we've ever had.

Last night I went down to do some videos of the new guys which will be put on here and the videomail. There is a buzz about the team this year.

As I waited I was lucky enough to see Paul Royston putting them through a hard weights session.

It has to be said Korky is an animal, got to be worth buying a season ticket for him alone. A very good squad has been assembled.
