Well not gonna take any pleasure from this but away at Fev I can only see this going one way.

I will be sat at home watching this on Premiere.

If we play the whole game like the first 30 mins against Leigh then we will give a competetive performance.

If we play like we did in the second half against Leigh then we will be put to the sword.

According to the preview on www.rugbyleaguechampionships.co.uk we have Richard Owen available on dual reg from Cas, along with Martin and Walker. Also, we've signed Elliot Cosgrove from Dewsbury as cover for Daley. Isn't it a pity we hear this from an external website rather then our own. The press release must come from the club so why they can't add it to a website is beyond me.

Yes I have to agree with dominance the first I have heard about any of this is just now as I have read the keighley news. Just to confirm what has been said in the keighley news we have Richard Owen (CSS), Elliot Cosgrove (Dewsbury) on a 4 week loan to cover Daley Williams, Johnny Walker (cas), Charlie Martin (cas) will be available for the rest of the season and hooker Joe Parkinson was signed last week. Brendan Rawlins looks set to feature tonight as well.

Also in the keighley news are some big, positive and exciting statements made by our coach regarding tonight's performance and he also says "the next seven games are quite easily winnable" I really hope so I honestly do. What a season we could be in for if he could change this around and start getting results it could make for an exciting season but it does seem a million miles away at the minute. I would have no problems in shaking Marchys hand and apologising for questioning his abilities as a coach.

Just while I remember Mary Calvert has asked me to mention that Mrs C is not her, she does have a look on here now and then but has never posted anything.

I'm not sure if you're trying to impress me or apologise!

I never try to make my posts personal, whether you are Rob Weir, Paul March, Neil Spencer, or the current Cougar board - it would not change my stance if I thought you were wrong.

I respect anyones right to post their views whether I agree or not, but then I also have the right to reply.

Incidentally, that does not mean that I am right, just my considered point of view.

Anyone remember the score at Featherstone last year? It was 46-4. Remember the score when Leigh came down to Cougars? It was 0-26 and this was with most of our ex-Superleague players. This does not excuse poor performances this year when we know we can play better but we should be taking points off the teams of our own standard and I think we can. Lets start with a good performance against York.

But you're missing the point, I don't need to know who you are, I'm debating your viewpoint and the evidence (or lack of it) that you support your argument with. I would do the same with anyone, there is nothing personal. I would laugh and joke in the bar with you just the same as anyone else. Just because we disagree about this means nothing in the scheme of things.
