Just heard smith has quit due to lack of financial backing in hunt for new players in continuing to rebuild squad, any body else got wind of this yet??

To be honest am not that bothered, think it was always on the cards, the job is to hard for him and if true that he says it's because of a lack of investment from the club, well Brian, poor excuse because you new the score you cannot cope with the pressure of coaching Wakefield

Bit harsh that Bazzo...if MC promised him that funds would be made available to rebuild the squad to a competitive standard, and he has then failed to provide those funds then who can blame him ??

Sorry but am not seeing much change on the pitch, we need a coach and players who understand what it means to play for Wakey, players with passion and balls, most of this lot do not have it , sorry but it's what I feel

Not at all inside man. A lucky escape more like. It may come out in the wash or it may be kept in house. People will think in crazy but trust me it's the best thing that could have happened.
