Well we must have sufficient cover to be able to field a competitive squad each week because we have allowed him to go without a recall option. I suppose it could just be another example of us writing off this season, hoping for relegation to be scrapped and save money on his salary.

Best of luck to him, personally never had any major issues with him. Had some pretty shaky games but the pressure was on from the beginning so understandable IMO

Fingers crossed if he comes back, the game time has done him good.

With Hampshire & Jowitt fit, Walker would be unlikely to get much of a game.
Probably a good move for him and both clubs.

Why would we need to hope relegation is scrapped?

Or.... He's been injured and needs some game time he won't get with us.
And it saves us money.

Your back again, the reason is that despite what some might think we are relying on Leigh to continue losing rather than us suddenly starting to win games. I would expect that the end of relegation would be well received at the club.
It would allow them more time to prepare for next season. You never know they might get it right this time.
We bemoan the lack of players so why allow one to leave but not to have a recall option.

Two fullbacks not enough? Also Kay has filled recently. I know you like to take aim at every opportunity but lamenting the loss of a player who has barely played and when they have they have been average at absolute best is really pushing it.

Sorry, do I need your permission to post? I think not so do shut up in that respect.

So you think we won't win another game whilst Leigh will win five?

It's possible at a pinch and it would serve us right I suppose but whether that happens or not are you seriously suggesting that the loss of Alex Walker will in any way be a deciding factor? If you are then you have lost what few marbles you have. In the 18 months, this lad had had zero effect on the team's performance whilst his own efforts have been pretty poor. Get a grip.
