Well, announced by MC, picked up by Google media, wakey, shortfall of £ 480 k, that's 4, or 5 good players we cannot pay for !
So I am in full support of WP, I also feel sorry for him already, he is in a week position, agreed he is aware but that does not change facts of new players & quality players. I will still buy season tickets next season but reality is less players & quality, we are up against it, I will not blame Willie if all goes wrong especially with inevitable injuries !
You can only motivate so far & in so few games, however, up the Trin.

This has all been discussed already, why the over dramatic post. You do realise this applies to all clubs.

The other clubs have not quoted that sum, for us it's half our budget !

Before C C departed he announced that the club had decided to spend the money available on better players but fewer incoming.

When CC, Made that statement you have quoted, MC quoted £280k, now it's £ 480k, it's well known we pre pandemic spent £1.2m
So it's not far of 50℅, - however, if you have heard of a regressive tax sum, that cut of 280k hurts us more than clubs of much higher revenue, so any loss affects us greater !

That is what we spend on players it’s not the full revenue. The 480k will be spread across the entire budget. Does anyone know the clubs annual turn over pre-Covid ie the 2019 season. My guess is around the 2 to 2.5 million mark. In which case it’s approx a 20% cut in revenues. It’s bad but it’s not 50% is it.

Stop with the nonsense hyperbole, how do you think this helps?

We are uniquely paying for two full time coaches (with only one working at the club) which will be included in our expenditure unless this is now not the case. If so in some respects we could be putting ourselves in a worse financial position than others who are not expending money in such a way.

I read it that every club will see the same shortfall, but it hits clubs like ours harder due to having a smaller budget to begin with.

Do you know for sure we are still paying for 2 coaches now that the one you refer to has now gained employment, nice little dig btw although some what predictable.
