You can turn RL Fixtures off on the banner - there should be a red badge with a white line through it, click on that which disables it.

Not on mine, on Chrome or Firefox, Turned all options ON and OFF, makes no difference to Current Live TV Match banner

This was a bug in Site Preferences, fixed now so you won´t see live scores if you disable them.
