Wonder what they’re doing?

Passing this morning, it looks like there is some substantial/concreting work being done on the lower terrace - perhaps the corner that was previously taped off.

I think some of the barriers needed reinforcing.

Would boost attendance plus look a lot better if both NE and NW corners could be utilised.
