28/10 up 20 min to play. Implode. Then win it again and then blow it. Shaul for me isn't the main problem . Made a try and scored one. Houghton great player but no captain. Sneyd was not a happy chappy at the end. I think he called there play but got no reaction. We needed a strong captain today and we havnt got one.

Two home wins in the last eight. One against London (35-22 after being 34-0 at HT) then the derby in round two.

The hom win/loss ratio must be pretty poor for the last 2 years or so

Since the start of 2018 in the league at home our record is P31 W14 L17.

We weren't even that great in 2016/2017 both P15 W9 L6 (2016 we won 10/14 away).

Since 2015 our home record in the league is P75 W37 L38

Back in 2012 we only lost 1 and drew 2 at home (to the eventual top 3 of Wigan Wire and Saints) the KC was a fortress. Yes we ended up 6th as away form wasnt anywhere near as good...but given a choice of home wins or away you'd chose home all the time for the better income from better crowds.

It was a game we won twice, then lost at the end which broke Hulls hearts yesterday. The absence of Swift and Jones must of been late calls which further weakened us, and Jake getting injures didn’t help, although Carlos was great replacing him. When Scotty goes off, does he go for his dinner, as his prolonged absence on match day after his first stint is way to long. We were undone by the rampaging Sam Kasiano, we couldn’t control big Sam, then little Sam decided to show us, he’s not a wxxxxr after all, will we ever learn.
Then Maloney showed us how halfbacks can run, and thus a bleak silence fell on West Hull, a very disappointing end to a game which was stolen from us, partly by ineptitude, mostly by a team who showed more mental aptitude and desire.

I know Kasiano played well, but he is so effective because he runs on to the ball at speed, but they run in 2's. It means that we cannot commit 3 players to tackle Kasiano, when Bosquet or Casty is running with him. It means he can get a quick play the ball. We run in 1's, all the time. No support, no prop pushing through in support of the runners. Easy to defend against

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Think you need to define 'Run' as I'd say we just plod forward with no pace at all. The only one he seemed to actually run the ball in with pace was Satae & Ma'u and occasionally Sao. We just don't and are never set up to run at pace as we are so slow and painful with our distribution that when a player receives the ball they are either stood still or totally flat footed.

Its the same every week we have no structure going forward and its just one out rugby the majority of the time and reliance of a Sneyd kick (whos's distribution was very poor on Sunday) or bit of magic/maverick play from Kelly or Connor, other than that there is very little. Same old same old for seasons now its nothing that's new but yet we still do not have any support play or dummy runners or players willing to run different lines.

So whilst that may be great in training it is just to predictable and easy for the opposition to snuff out.

Sounds like Mcnamara is the coach we need.

God only knows how we beat his team so many times last season.God only knows how we beat every single team in super league except for Saints, at least once last season(some more than once) when we're so poorly coached.

Fitness isnt an issue but the management of interchanges certainley is, some players are out on their feet but left on and the inevitable try comes.

Sorry but Eliis, Taylor, Sao should of been on ten minutes earlier to see the win out, in my eyes thats very poor coaching.

No utility on the bench to cope with Connors loss, whats wrong with Cator? Surely a better option than Fash.

Better players but nothings changed

Time for a new coach

The Connor loss is interesting where I was sat Drinkwater came in on Connor with both his knees into the prone body of Connor it was opposite me in East stand the linesman stood quite close but seemed to have missed it.A professional game with amateur officials should not be allowed to continue wake up RFL and sort this out
