Agree that the whole thing is a farce though. Not sure why "City" need to sort the pitch again this soon. Looks perfectly OK to me even with a season of football on it.

I suspect that's tounge in cheek

The stage will, if its anything like the last concerts, or the squash, kill off all the grass over about 20% of the pitch.
