Thats how i think it may go. We only ever know what our club wants us to know.

That's how it could work, but bear in mind the refusal was trailed in Oz before we knew. I doubt it would stay quiet if it was approved

I'd have to question what's changed from a few days ago when the club were, by all accounts, very pessimistic.
