The thing is we need to be realistic, there is no magic wand and even if he does sack Agar, which I think is inevitable, there is no certainty that it will bring us success.
I don't think Agar will be sacked, I reckon AP will offer him the opportunity to do what he is best at, assisting a top-class manager. If Agar, like Kear before him, thinks that he has grown out of that role, he can then feel free to bugger off and cock someone else's team up.
Don't read more into it that there is, AP has to remain aware of the commercial goings on at City and the KC as a whole, he needs to be seen to be offering an "olive branch" to Hudgell because of the sponsorship of the East Stand, he also want to come across as united in the eyes of the RFL for other commercial plans he has for RL in Hull, it has to be better for us to work with KR when it suits our mutual interests, we can become a strong united vote on all things SL if we keep one another as a minor priority (if such a thing exists), I also think it's a bit of an indication that for too long we've voted and made decisions based on the best interests of L**ds as opposed to what we really believe as a club.
A lot of words will be said over the coming days and weeks, not all of them will be meant as heartfully as they are said.

Agree with most of that but not the Leeds part, that's way wide if the mark imo.
As others have said i reckon Agars future will be decided on what happens on the CC and final league standings. Pearson mentions us being in a trough and that it isnt good enough so if that continues till the end of the season, which it will, then Agar will be gone!
All existing and generally known ways to immortality can be divided into four catagories.
The way of the Fakir.
The way of the Monk.
The way of the Yogi.
The most honourable being 'The way of the FC'
I am still concerned that there is no RL knowledge at the club to advise on things like a new coach etc.
His bezzy mate Nick Barmby will more than advise him on that issue Seriously though I think AP will attract rugby and money men like Mally Walker, and others who wouldn't deal with the previous BOD...........IMO

I said this should have been done 18 mths ago. I would support this fully now in the belief that he will then fook off 12 mths later. Wire did it very effectively with Lowes. In the good tradition of SL era Hull FC it would be the cheaper option. I do though suspect Pearson is a little more ruthless than that.
