Not really. Other factors come into play such as games being televised or fans not attending coming off the back of expensive trips to France, London or Murrayfield etc etc.
Good point. Our games at Salford, Wakefield and Catalans were all on TV
I wouldn't say I was happy with it, but then I wouldn't say it was "disgraceful" either. That would be more applicable to thowing coins and lighters at opposition players meaning they have to move away whilst a conversion is being taken.
No, that was unforgiveable, but it was carried out by a very small minority not the vast majority
Rovers are making steady progress in the Super League, at a guess I'd say we are the most successful promoted team since the inception of Super League in the short time we've been in the elite division and with ground improvements, I can only see the crowds going up on the home side, with more away supporters wanting to travel to Craven Park also.
I'M SURE THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN THE FACT THAT THE FRONT RUNNERS FOR THE 2009 MEDIA WHINGING AWARD ARE FROM GATESHEAD AND HULL FC, FORMERLY THE B*ST*RD-TWINS OF ONE OF RUGBY LEAGUE'S LOUSIER IDEAS.
ERM. We take thousands away to ALL away matches no matter what day what time or what the state of the said teams stadium is like. We took over 3000 to Wigan last night for an 8pm kick off knowing that at 10:00pm parts of the M62 was shut and the likelyhood would be getting back into hull after 01:00am. Your supporters couldn't even number 1000 going from West Hull to East Hull. The excuses used range from "I'm not giving them Drovers my hard earned cash, I won't stand in the South stand, Theres always trouble so i refuse to go and haven't being for years, We're going to get beat, ect ect ect" You sing in any kind of weather. This song you sing is bullshit and IMO you need to stop singing it because you certainly don't believe in the lyrics.
So yes we are the most loyal fans and alot more loyal then Hull fans by a very very long way.
..... erm... whats the appropriate response here? hmmm... oh yes! My dad could beat up your dad, so I don't care!
Well we all know your doublethink on attendance figures, Easty
You have the most loyal fans despite losing 300 fans per game?
As for your "thousands" of away fans - this season:
Bradford - 9234 v Rovers, 8411 v Hull Cas - 6855 v Rovers, 7996 v Hull Catalans - 6513 v Rovers, 6512 v Hull Crusaders - 5137 v Rovers, 6794 v Hull Quins - 2819 v Rovers, 3982 v Hull Hudds - 6304 v Rovers, 7939 v Hull Leeds - 15201 v Rovers, 16896 v Hull Salford - 4111 v Rovers, 3535 v Hull Saints - 9458 v Rovers, 12142 v Hull Wakey - 6218 v Rovers, 5366 v Hull Warr - 9216 v Rovers (smallest crowd of the season), 10042 v Hull Wigan 12429 v Rovers, 15045 v Hull
Suggests we oten take more, unless home fans stay away when Rovers are in town?
I do like to see tables of facts and figures. Can't argue with that.
