Hindley (top of division 5) v New Springs Legion Lions (2nd in division 4)

Saturday 8th May @ Ince Rose Bridge, winner will go on to play St Judes the week after

Should be a good game, won't be giving it a thought until we've played our league games though.

Shevington v Spring View is the other preliminary game, with the winners playing Wigan Bulldogs in the quarter finals (I think!)

Valentine Cup (Salford's equivalent) is:

Two pools of 3 drawn from a hat, winner of each pool plays in the final (hopefully at the Willows again) - games start in July as it's a pre-season competetion
