Rumours on the French site that myler may not play . Child's birth imminent and also hamstring trouble. Bot Hudd and us will get a 5 day rest while the others will mainly get 3. Sould help thugh should not have been allowed. This is a vital game.We a in a run of 4 away games out of 5 and I don't fancy our chances at Wigan or Wakefield

The fixtures are fairly unkind in the coming weeks...

Even the solitary home match is against Salford and they are flying

It's all to do with Hudds Town. The pitch took a battering a couple of months ago with, I think, 9 fixtures across the two clubs inside 25 days. With Town pushing for promotion to the Premier League, they asked for a minimum 48 hours between games to allow the pitch to get some work and recovery. Hence we've been moved forward by 24 hours to facilitate Town's home game on Friday v Preston.

I see a lot of Fartown. They've been garbage, but Mamo will be a boost and Symonds the defensive leader they've been missing in the pack.

Belmas starts at Loose forward. Team I our local paper shows Duport at centre and William on the wing .I trust this is a mistake-it certainly will be if it has happened. Margalet comes in for Burgess.

Just nicely back.

Poor game. It was cold and, first half especially, very windy which didn't help. First half was very even in terms of both sides being equally useless. Nice try from Gigot - big step off the left that left Hinchcliffe flat on his face - and one from Wiliame late on.
Second half, Fartown lost the plot and Brough ended up in the bin for arguing the toss (I know. Who'd a thunk it?) during which time the Dragons started turning the screw. Had it won before Gigot's late drop and Fartown's consolation with the last play of the game.

You know there are some players that the ball just follows? Briers was one, Gavin Clinch another. Walsh is one too. Three times he picked off Fartown passes - maybe four. It's a very strange and special property.
Bousquet continues to impress me and seems to have added a passing game to his armoury. Wiliame looked good until forced off late on with a calf problem. Belmas on debut didn't do anything wrong. Quite quiet really, but it was that sort of game.

Went to the game tonight, freezing cold and plenty of errors so was abit scrappy, we had a strong 15 minutes at the start of the 2nd half and the giants never looked like recovering, score line flatters them a little as they scored on the final hooter.
Gigot impressive , as was bousquet, Walsh couldn't put a foot wrong, Aiton looked lively ,mika Simon made some good yards and Inu never fails to impress. Wins a win and a very successful trip to the UK for us with back to back wins.

A good win ,but not a good performance. We were vulnerable to the break through the centre on which Hudd failed to capitalise and the cross kick where they did not.Brough ,so often our bete noire in the past gave us the game.I hope that Wiliame will be all right for Monday and that simple things like grounding the ball at either end are practised.Too many lplayers wait to see what will happen rather than make things happen .Our half backs continue their excellent form ,but too many of our forwards are not making enough yards. We now have 3 very difficult games and we shall have to improve.I cannot see Hudd not being in the bottom four and we do not want to join them
