Thought wrong, but an excellent game and day out none the less. The fire was the most bizarre thing I've ever experienced at a rugby match.

Excellent game and great drama at the end. I thought the wrong team won, Fev have been far and away the best side this year and 15 mins of madness has robbed them of a deserved title.

I will make no comment about the fire until all facts surrounding it are known or about the atrocious behaviour of the fax fans (again) until certain issues are resolved.

Saw them fighting at the end but was too far away to be able to give any real judgement, fair few nobheads among the Fev support as well immediately after the fire, trying to get at the Fax fans, I suppose you're always going to get an idiotic minority in a large(ish) crowd for a game with such high tension levels. Not heard anymore on the vicious rumour started by brummie-eagle that the fire was actually caused by the burning of Sam Barlow's contract

I was at the game, The only problems i saw was a Few fax fans who had too much to drink and was shouting getting controlled by the police, Outside the grounds Fev fans set about a halifax fan and Hospitalised him, What;'s going on !!! it a family sport, yes tensions were high but people need to know thy limits !!! I actually think your attitude is stinking abit, when the fire started Even sky thought the Fax fans had invaded the pitch etc, Nothing further from the truth it was actully Fev fans who were very intimidating bringing along the band wagon supporters who are out for trouble.

Basically your still bitter that we knocked you out of the playoffs and Sam Barlow played, build yourself a bridge........................and get over it !!!!!

You say you wont comment, then go on to call the behaviour of the fax fans attrocious????? Make your mind up, or dont.

It sounds like both clubs had idiots who turn up at the grand final just to get drunk and have a punch up, certainly the sky cameras showed fev fans running down the stand trying to get on the pitch. In defence of the Fax fans, I thought they did well to put up with all the messing around they had with moving stands.

I was not aware of this incident, me and the people i went with left straight after the hooter to try and avoid the coach traffic and i didnt see anything outside the ground as i got my car.

Im appalled to read that and i sincerely hope the fans makes a full recovery.

My comment was based on the movement of the fax fans from the West to East stand. I was on the front row of the North Stand (which the fans passed in front of) and the behaviour of a section of the fax fans was atrocious. One was stood in front of the stand for a good five minutes making a very wide selection of hand gestures and one decided to drop his trousers and parade in front of everyone. I also saw a pint of beer fly past me.

I honestly hope our game doesnt end up like football. The friendly aspect of our game is its biggest selling point and events like this tarnish that. It must be stamped out.

There is a danger and I agree has to be stamped out.

Same at Wembley during the match and on the tube a good 90 minutes after the game had ended.
