Well done Bradford - a poor team beat a clueless one. I really have to wonder if Bluey's plan was to turn us into a one-out bosh-up-the-middle team. We only start to play and offload when the game is lost. Very, very poor. We are also getting a reputation of whingers, complaining and contesting every decision - now there were some howlers tonight but have you ever seen a referee change his mind because you moan about it?

I am getting a bit tired of the way we play! Surely someone can coach all those talented internationals a fiew moves?

once again the opposition got the benefit of most of the dubious calls.
however we are shocking. bluey needs to take a long hard look at himself. we play one man up the middle rugby. we rarely offload,the passing is pedestrian and everything goes up the middle third.we are so easy to defend against. shocking,simply dreadful. again

Where has it all gone wrong, one win in the last 4 games ??? We dont look like champions at the minute, A poor bulls side beating a very poor rhinos side,

I agree. In a previous posting we discussed our style of play (or rather our lack of style) The players look to be lacking in confidence and many are out of form but the style is wrong with just one up and head down rugby. With just time for 3 PTB`s before the whistle tonight Peacock went to ground without looking to pass. The coach must take some responsibility and ask the players to take some risks throughout the game and not just when the match is lost. We have no planned moves and no dummy runners it is all a bit predictable and easy for the opposition.

The lack of a right Centre is now acute. Time to try Mag until we sign a name

I agree. So playing an out & out stand off at centre is going to make everythin ok?

Danny is not an out and out stand off. He is a talented rugby player with good hands and great feet. He made his name scoring tries with speedy backing up from the scrum half position. However he does not control a game like the great 6's should do and has a habit of running laterally and then dancing his way through which is not good for his outside men. We have a real problem at right Centre and Danny IMO has the best chance of our current playing staff to solve our short term problem until a replacement can be found. The youngsters are not ready yet and playing a second row there has proven to be not the answer. Sinfield is our most creative player and can fill in at 6 and we have plenty of back row forwards for 13.
