The dreaded magic weekend vs Wigan. : Fri May 13, 2016 5:18 pm  

This could get very messy if yesterday is anything to go about. McDermott says nobody will return next week so that makes me wonder what has actually happened to Falloon. Singleton has confirmed on Twitter he's not injured. I would have him straight back in next week. We need Hardaker back at full back and feel that the reason he's on wing is something to do with his Twitter outburst. By the sounds of McDermott he wasn't happy with Lilley for some reason so expect him to be either dropped or on the bench. Achurch really needs to be dropped now, for me he's not giving us anything.

At this stage it's irrelevant whether we play this forward or that forward, whether Lilley starts or is an unused sub. Collectively the basic fundamentals aren't there. Wigan will march Leeds down the field easily and will look like scoring every time they get into Leeds' half, which will be on every set unless they knock on. Because of being relentlessly marched down the field Leeds will tire quickly.

The other potential scenario is Leeds actually play abit better and wigan are so so.. But still leeds lose.

Get the lube out, and strap in, cos this should at least be the last time we have to play a fired up Wigan on magic weekend for a while...Every cloud n' all

The only reason I can imagine why McD is playing Hardaker on the wing is because we have so many small guys on the field at once (Burrow, Lilley, Goulding, McGuire) and our left side defense would have been Goulding, Burrow, Keinhorst so I think he strengthened it up by playing Hardaker out there

I can see Wigan running 8o in next week. A humiliation at a showpiece event may be whats needed to change whatever is going on at the club.

hope a few less but could be horrendous. Tomkins could have a field day In all that space to play. We must play hardaker at full back to defend.

Falloon was definitely injured at saints but is there any news on any of them ? I thought Moon was nearly back about 4 weeks ago.
