Yes , not applicable for the Friday but should be able to book your return upgrade for your Saturday Return journey.
Official way is to present the Membership passes at the Virgin west Coast ticket office in Piccadilly . and they can print your free upgrade 1st Class & allocate seats for the Euston return .
unfortunately these won't let you into the VIP 1st class lounge at Euston.
