Greetings Leythers, thought I'd put some info across on Sundays game at the Salford Community Stadium with it being a Family Fun Day. Following the success of the Wigan Home game whereby Salford got a record home gate in the Club are running a fund raising family fun day in aid of St Ann's Hospice. There will be the outside bars/food trucks/DJ's and Bands, kids activities and a fairground. I'd recommend getting their early especially if the weather is decent, there will be loads going on outside the ground for the kids. More details are below. https://salfordreddevils.net/double-hea ... is-sunday/ For those who are driving, if you have a match ticket there is a free bus from the Trafford Centre with regular buses to the Stadium using the new road under Barton Bridge. https://tfgm.com/getting-to-aj-bell-stadium Parking may be at a premium on Sunday with a large crowd expected and activities outside the stadium onsite parking at the stadium will be slightly reduced, plus Barton Airport holding a music festival which means parking there is not an option. I'd book the parking now if you want a guaranteed space for Sundays game. https://ajbellstadiumparking.co.uk/ Another option is Salford City Roosters Ground. http://www.salfordcityroosters.com/ - Offer match day parking at the Club House a ten mins walk to the ground. In summary, do not park at Barton Airport as there is a Music Festival happening there on Sunday. Use the stadium parking, Trafford Centre Park and Ride or the Roosters Club house. No bother PTB, just want fans to get there and enjoy it avoiding Barton Airport for parking as a music festival is on. Wigan's been our best away attendance this year, I reckon around 1,850 away fans. We had 2,000 at Leigh for the first game of the season, hope we see a few thousand from Leigh attend on Sunday, it will be a great day.

Its a fantastic day, V1 to Worsley, a pint in the Worsley Old Hall then £5-£6 in an Uber to the ground. I do the same to Leigh away use the V1 and into The Centurion or Leigh East for a pint. Do you know how many tickets you've sold? Usually its a 1,000 allocated for away fans but I have a feeling Leigh will bring more, possibly 2k fans.

Over 1,000 tickets sold as per Leighs socials. The North Stand holds 2,000 away fans and block W01 has been allocated as away seating in the West Stand. Dependent on interest/ticket sales Salford might be forced into opening the East Stand on Sunday if more seating is required. Please Note - Parking at the Stadium is now limited to the South Car Park only.
