Just about won on the dogs.....lost badly on the shopping after!!!!!


Got a new favourite dog though....(ok jointly with Kinda Easy) called The Other Nikki did not even win but we had my gf's 4 year old son with us and the owner took him to meet her after the race so that really made his day.

Indeed but watched the trials before racing and noticed it favoured the outside so had a few Tr 5 winners...all the bets I put on at Ladbrokes on the way were around Tr 1 and Tr 6 so they went tits up.

Indeed feel a bit sorry for the owners as it is obviously a class dog to be in A2 grade but has only won twice in 22 starts. Will be looking out for it in future and hope she improves her strike rate.

Blue Square Open Darts

The FA Cup of Darts throws up alot of shock finalists (Shayne Burgess, Roland Scholtern, Mark Walsh, Barrie Bates, Vincent Van Der Vort and Gary Mawson have all made the final) . More incredible is that it has only been running 6 years so that quantity of outsiders featuring is very significant.

This year take the hint and go for Jamie Caven at 125/1

Much as it goes against the grain e/w has to be the bet at 1/2 odds 1-2.
